Christmas Traditions continues on Main Street in downtown St. Charles. On Saturday, December 6th, enjoy the truly magnificent re-enactment of the Spanish Tradition of “Las Posadas.” The procession begins in the 1000 block of South Main Street and proceeds north along Main to First Capitol Drive and into Frontier Park.

Visitors, carrying candles, follow Mary and Joseph as they make several stops to seek shelter. They proceed into Frontier Park along the Missouri riverfront for a live nativity celebration followed by Christmas carols around the Yule log bonfire.
